Intermec Honours Partner

Istari Systems Ltd is very pleased to announce its recent confirmation as an Intermec Honours Partner.

The Intermec Honours Partner Program was developed to ‘recognise and harness the power of worldwide partnerships', with an end goal of delivering highly valued solutions for customers. The Program recognises Partners' capability and commitment. In turn, Intermec reward the effort the Partners make to become an Intermec Honours Partner.

Istari Systems Ltd provides its customers with targeted solutions for identifying, tracking and managing supply chain assets. As a direct result of the experience Istari has gained through working with Intermec equipment over the past 10 years, we have recently been granted Accredited Partner status by this global supplier. This relationship offers significant competitive advantages to Istari that we can now pass on to the market.

A significant aspect of Honours Partner status was an invitation for Istari engineers to complete certified training courses operated by Intermec. As a result, Istari have now also become IPSP Partners [Intermec Printer Service Program Partners]. This means that Istari can undertake on site warranty repairs for a range of Intermec printers including the PM4i, widely used in the NZ horticulture industry. Istari carry stock of Intermec accessories and spare parts to ensure timely delivery of equipment and repairs, thus minimising downtime for our customers who would otherwise have to return hardware to base for repair work.

Combined with a history in marketing Intermec technologies, Istari has created a vast knowledge of how best to utilise a vast ranges of Intermec hardware to create benefits for our customers. Core Intermec technologies include rugged mobile computing and data collection systems, bar code printers, label media and RFID.
